When setting a policy in place, we do so with the client’s potential claims or investment requirements in mind, that such claims will be met by the insurer and that clients meet their and/or cover needs and requirements. Sensible Risk Solutions' clients are people who are happy to pay more for the best advice and better services and experiences.
 

We are not in the business of moving clients from insurer to insurer unless it’s to their benefit. Thus, we try to keep clients with insurers and investment houses when incepting these clients.
 

If we can make a saving on the client’s premium, that is a further win for the client, but it is not Sensible Risk Solutions’ main priority. We believe we can make a difference in a client’s life by being consultants and advisers who provide the most honest, cost effective, best advice and service for that client.
 

We don’t underestimate the power of offering better value and service, it is very powerful. People hate being ripped off but clients need to understand that not all losses are claims that insurers will pay and that markets always experiences troughs and peaks and that some events and decisions are affected by these variables.
 

We work in an environment where insurer and service provider customer service is often poor and we at Sensible Risk Solutions must always attempt to ensure the customers experience is always objectively the best possible, seen from the clients perspective.
